2. Services & Project Engagements

Vrinda Infotech provides Information & Communication Technology (ICT) services including Custom Software Development, E-Commerce Development, Web Applications, and Technical Consulting.

Each custom engineering project is governed by a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement detailing deliverables, milestones, payment terms, and acceptance criteria. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the specific SOW will prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and code on this website are the proprietary property of Vrinda Infotech or licensed to us.

For client projects, full intellectual property rights to custom-developed deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of all agreed project milestones, subject to any pre-existing open-source or proprietary third-party libraries incorporated into the software.

4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using industry-standard engineering best practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vrinda Infotech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use of our website or services.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
